Using Your My Dynacare Card

Under Marquette University’s PPO Health Plan, outpatient laboratory testing performed by Dynacare Laboratories is covered 100% under the My Dynacare Card Program.

Since Dynacare is a Milwaukee-based laboratory, you can be assured of easy access to our services, as well as 24-hour result reporting to your health care provider after your specimen is collected.

Follow these simple steps to use your My Dynacare Card:

1. When your health care provider requests laboratory tests, present your My Dynacare Card or your Medical Insurance ID card and tell him/her that you want to use My Dynacare Card.

2. If your health care provider’s office collects specimens and already works with Dynacare, as many Milwaukee area providers do, procedures for My Dynacare Card specimen collection, transportation and testing are already in place and running efficiently. Should your provider need more information about specimen pick-up times, our dispatchers are available at 414-805-7674.

3. If your health care provider’s office does not collect My Dynacare Card specimens, you may choose any one of 30 Dynacare lab specimen collection sites at which to have your lab tests completed.

• Verify the hours the site is open and remember that patients are seen on a “first come, first served” basis

• Take along the Lab Test Order form from your provider

If your health care provider is not familiar with Dynacare Laboratories or the My Dynacare Card program, select “Send My Physician Info” on the left side of this page, fill in the applicable information, and Dynacare will contact your provider.
